Have you heard me?
If you have lived in my home state of Oklahoma in the past couple of decades, I can confidently say that you have heard me! Most likely on a TV or Radio commercial, but it could have been any of hundreds of projects that I proudly contributed to over the years.
But it's also quite possible that you're from elsewhere, This is a pretty big world, and most of it is not my hometown. Maybe you just want to hear what I can do at the mic. If so, welcome! I love to share my work with those who may benefit from what I offer.

This is the style i'm hired to voice most often. On one end of the dial for attidude is very laid back, (think Jeff Spiccoli, Sean Penn's character from Fast Times at Ridgemont High)
On the other end, its a character i refer to of as 'the friendly know-it-all"
the Know-it-all is like an announcer tone, but less Authortarian, and more relatable, especially to younger audiences.
Conversational scripts are right in my wheelhouse! i can even sound like i understand the context of your script for no additional charge!

Heartfelt Sincerety
Emotional reads can be quite challenging. Often employed when the content of the read has to do with serious, weighty subjects, like veteran suicide prevention, for example. This type o performance is also quite rewarding because its usually in support of a righteous cause, and i get to flex my acting chops.

My voice or my Voice? So as it turns out, i have two voices. the first is the one that is heard when i manipulate the muscles and bone in my throat to control the airflow exhalation from my lungs. the other is a stylistic choice, a particular selection of vernacular according to my personal taste that i have developed over a lifetime. The best examples can be found in my email updates or my audiobook.

High energy, aggressive, layered, DYNAMIC! Dynamics in music refers to how loud or softly a portion of a music piece is performed. A vocal performance with a wide dynamic range can grab attention and be entertaining, but also sounds unnatural since that's not really the way people talk in everyday conversations. Pair this delivery style with some clever editing, though, and it becomes quite potent!
